    Overnight Desert Safari With Hot Air Balloon 
      • Emirates ID or passport copy for each passenger is mandatory at the time of booking as per Gulf Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) regulations.
      • Every guest must fill and sign the waiver form at the launch site before the flight; boarding is not allowed without these documents.
      • Providing a valid WhatsApp number is mandatory for reservations so the team can share pick-up time and important updates.
      • Private transfers from other Emirates are available for an additional fee.
      • Tentative pickup time will be between 2:00 pm and 2:30 pm. The exact pickup time will be shared on the morning of the tour.
      • Be at the pick-up location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time; late arrival may result in flight cancellation.
      • Children below 5 years and individuals above 70 years are not allowed to fly.
      • The maximum weight per guest is 119 kg. Guests exceeding this limit need pilot approval and an extra charge applies.
      • Pregnant women are not permitted to fly.
      • All guests must be able to climb into and out of the basket and maintain a brace position during landing; participation is at personal risk.
      • Guests with disabilities (mental, emotional, or physical) are not allowed to fly.
      • Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied boarding.
      • Wear comfortable, casual clothing; high heels are not permitted—opt for comfortable shoes or boots.
      • This activity is not recommended for guests with heart conditions, serious knee or back issues, recent major surgery (within 6 months), or fear of heights.
      • Flights are subject to weather conditions, and the pilot has full authority to cancel for safety reasons. Canceled flights due to weather will be offered a new date or a full refund.
